c. In explosion-proof occasions, the menu can be set by isolated-type magnetic pen, which is convenient for on-site operation;
d. The menu lock function could prevent mis-operation, which may change instrument parameters and affect its performance;
e. Automatic temperature compensation function could eliminate the impact of environmental temperature changes on the measurement accuracy;
f. The instrument allows multi-point fractional liner calibration, meeting the need for an accurate measurement of oxygen content among the full range;
g. The gas path of the measured cavity is designed specially with a polymeric membrane attached, which could effectively prevent fluid or interference media affecting the sensor.
l The system cabinet is spared with stainless-steel (Spray-painted cabinet is available) on its surface. Its front door is transparent glass window (600mm×600mm×250mm), and the cabinet wall-mounting;
l Except for the gas transmitter (Exd IIC T6), other components in the system are pretreatment components and pipe valves which can be used for explosion-proof level of Ex db IIC T6 Gb and Ex tb IIIC T80℃ Db;
l Explosion-proof solenoid valve could perform remote automatic control on the supply of gas (optional);
l Condenser removes water in the sample gas by cooling the gas (optional);
l Pneumatic sampling pump is used to sample gas in negative pressure condition (optional);
l Level-three pretreatment component is visible and transparent. The sampling pipe is made of 316L Φ6mm seamless stainless-steel pipe. Cutting ferrules and joints are corrosive-resistant cutting ferrules from Yuanheng, Taiwan;
l Gas transmitter of different ranges can be equipped according to the conditions, which are trace oxygen system and normal oxygen system;
l Corresponding sampling system can be designed according to the conditions, which are positive pressure, micro-positive pressure and micro-negative pressure sampling system.
It is widely applied in the gas concentration measurement in the environment where the explosion-proof grade is Exd IIC T6. It has been widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, refining, gas distribution, biochemical medicine and other industries.
